Place buckle on support to protect buckle base and heat press pad.

Apply printed dye sub paper to buckle face.

insert heat conducting foam pad to distribute heat over curved surface of buckle. A quarter inch (6mm) will do.

Insert teflon sheet. Press hard enough to distribute heat but not so hard as to crush buckle. 5 minutes at 400° F.
